Our Programs
RISE recognizes that consistent employment is one of the most important factors in creating long-term stability during the resettlement process. Our Bridging Case Management services aim to enhance refugees’ understanding of local resources and provide access to these services in ways that are both culturally sensitive and language-appropriate.
The Self-Sufficiency Program focuses on three core objectives:
- Increase the number of refugee individuals and families in Onondaga County who are able to secure and retain employment.
- Strengthen partnerships with community-based organizations to ensure a comprehensive network of support and services is available.
- Collaborate with employers to create meaningful job and training opportunities that lead to long-term self-reliance.
